SMS program

The terms that apply when you receive text messages from Page One Insights. Short version: you only get texts you asked for, you can stop any time by replying STOP, and we never share your number for marketing.

1. Program description

Page One Insights LLC (“Page One Insights”, “we”, “us”) sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in. Messages are sent from (888) 561-4514 and relate to the services you have purchased or asked about — local SEO, Google Business Profile management, websites, reputation management and CRM systems — and to your account with us.

Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.

2. How you opt in

You opt in to text messages from Page One Insights in one of these ways:

  • Web form — by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website, in our client portal or in an enrollment form, and submitting your mobile number. The checkbox is unticked by default and is separate from any other agreement.
  • Texting us first — by sending a text message to (888) 561-4514. Texting us is consent to receive a reply and related account messages.
  • Asking a team member — by giving your mobile number to one of our staff and asking to be contacted by text; we confirm the opt-in with a message you can reply STOP to.

By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provided, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. What we send and how often

Depending on what you opted in to, you may receive:

  • Appointment messages — confirmations, reminders and reschedule notices for strategy calls, onboarding and specialist appointments.
  • Account and service messages — notices about your account, billing and invoices, website or listing changes awaiting your approval, new leads or reviews, and replies to questions you send us.
  • Conversational messages — two-way texts with our staff about your services.
  • Occasional updates about our services — only where you opted in to marketing messages; every such message includes opt-out instructions.

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the services you use. We will not send marketing messages outside reasonable hours in your time zone.

4. Opt out and help

Stop or get help at any time

  • Reply STOP to (888) 561-4514 (or to any message from us) to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed; after that we will not send further texts unless you opt in again.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call +1 (888) 272-1940, or email info@pageoneinsights.com.
  • You can also ask us to stop calls, including automated or pre-recorded calls, by calling +1 (888) 272-1940 or emailing info@pageoneinsights.com.

Opting out of text messages does not end your services or your account; we will continue to reach you by email and phone for service, billing and security matters. Because text opt-out is handled per number, if you use more than one mobile number with us please opt out from each.

5. Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan. We support major U.S. carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please let us know so we can update your account.

6. Privacy of mobile information

No third-party marketing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share your mobile number and message content only with the messaging platform and carriers needed to deliver messages, who act under contract for us, and otherwise as described in our Privacy Policy (for example, when the law requires it). We keep a record of your opt-in (date, time, source and the number you provided) so we can prove consent and honour your opt-out.
